Nominations are Open!

Women are making headway into the typically male-dominated world of politics and government, and The Kentucky Gazette wants to recognize these women and their work. Later this summer, the Gazette will publish a special magazine profiling Notable Women in Kentucky Politics for 2019.

We want you to name our honorees. To be eligible, nominees must work in Kentucky and may be elected officials (local or state), lobbyists, volunteers, party leaders, association or labor leaders, or anyone who works in the public affairs realm.

It’s easy to submit your nomination for Notable Women in Kentucky Politics: Send your nominee’s name, a short bio and your contact info via Twitter, @KentuckyGazette; click on the “contact us” link at www.KentuckyGazette.com; email your nomination to Gazette publisher Laura Cullen Glasscock at glasscock@kentuckygazette.com by Friday, June 21. Please put “Notable Women” in the subject line.
